For "Facility Rentals" Please understand that AFTER your request you will receive in your email a "Confirmation of the Request" This is NOT a confirmation that your request has been approved! You will receive an approval or denial email within 48 hours of your initial request.
Setting Up a Family Registration Account
Before creating a new account please Click the "Sign In" button located at the top right hand corner of the screen. Then click the blue "Retrieve Password" button. Type in your email (The main email used in your family) and click the green "Retrieve Password" button.
If you did not receive an error message a password will be generated and sent to your email. Once you have signed in with your email and generated password you can go to your account settings and customize your password to your liking.
If you typed in your email and clicked the "Retrieve Password" and received and error message saying your email address is not on file then begin creating your Family account by clicking the "sign in" button located in the top right hand corner of your screen. After clicking the "sign in" button click the purple "Create Account" button.
Once you are on the "Create Your Family Profile" page fill out the sections completely and press the green "Create Profile" button.
You now have an account and can register for any program for any member of your family as long as they meet the age and or grade requirements. You can also request facility rentals such as the Clinton Town Beach Pavilions or the Indian River Complex Room.
